With holistic approach, SBCDRC strives to bring about positive change in the quality of life of the community subjugated to extreme poverty, illiteracy, disease and other handicaps. Rural poor in general and their women and children in particular being the focal human groups of the Millennium Development Goal, protecting their rights and improving their standard of living are the keys to break the cycles of inter generational poverty.
Hence, SBCDRC takes the following objectives as the pole star in the process of its voyage of development expedition.
•    To do away with all disparities; social, economic, educational, health and environmental
•    To create an environment of justice and equality
•    To sensitize common people on their rights and needs
•    To see women come out of the age old socio-economic bondage and become self reliant individuals micro economic units
•    To provide children, families and communities with practical tool for positive change
•    To ensure an easy and cheap access to health facilities to the common rural community members
•    To foster skills and provide the children with proper pre-primary / primary education and recreational opportunities
